SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION NETWORK ANALYSIS OF THE CLUB DES PETITS DÉJEUNERS: THE CASE IN NEW BRUNSWICK

by Caroline Milot

Graphique - Mind Map system

Caroline Milot, M.Sc. graduate in International Logistics, completed a supervised project that analyzed the distribution network of the Club des petits déjeuners (CPD). This Ideos Scholarship  recipient was mandated to conduct an analysis in order to allow the CPD to reduce their operating costs and thus enable more children to start their school day well-nourished.

As her Knowledge Transfer Activity, Ms. Milot chose to create a mind map to illustrate the analysis process. This mind map has been adapted to help various organizations analyze their distribution network. It is suitable for all types of products and, as in the case of the CPD, for individual portions of the products distributed.
