PAST AND CURRENT PROJECTS
CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN QUEBEC: PERCEPTIONS, CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS
Research project and report writing in collaboration with the Institut du Québec and Credo. To produce this report, the research team relied on a literature review, a large-scale survey and interviews with executives, managers, and experts.
The objective of this collaboration was to:
- Measure and analyze the perception and implementation of CSR by Quebec business leaders;
- Identify the most important obstacles to the deployment of CSR in Quebec;
- Offer solutions to business leaders and policy makers in Quebec to promote increased CSR.
The report was produced by the Institut du Québec, Credo and IDEOS Hub.

STUDY ON GOVERNANCE MECHANISMS AND PRACTICES
This report presents the results of a study on the governance of cultural non-profit organizations. The objective of this study was to identify the principal key success factors in the management of cultural organizations in order to identify best practices that can be transferred to cultural intermediaries.

SURVEY OF SUCCESSORSHIP IN POSITIONS OF GENERAL AND ARTISTIC MANAGEMENT
The objectives of this survey are to identify the main issues related to the succession of general and artistic managers and to determine the concerns regarding the management, preservation and transmission of the material heritage of cultural NPOs.
