Guide produced as a result of the supervised project by Clarisse Broucke in March 2019. Ms. Broucke worked on a diagnostic of managerial issues in mental health among changemakers in order to reflect on potential future practices and actions. Data was collected in three stages through observation, individual interviews and focus groups. This guide reflects the main axes of the research work. Clarisse Broucke, who graduated from the M.Sc. in Management at HEC Montréal in 2019, received an Ideos Scholarship for her supervised project carried out under the supervision of Pénélope Codello.

This guide was designed by Chloé Champoux-Hachey, with the support of HECOresponsable’s student interest group, in order to equip those who wish to organize events with an eco-responsible approach. More specifically, the objective of this guide is to adapt to the specific context of student committees and associations. Chloé Champoux-Hachey, a graduate of the M.Sc. in Social Innovation Management in 2017, received an Ideos Scholarship for her supervised project on “Planning and organizing the charity event celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Centre d’écologie urbaine de Montreal according to the principles of eco-responsibility” carried out under the supervision of Pénélope Codello. This project made it possible to develop the attached guide.
